I earned my B.S. (magna cum laude) from Michigan State University and my M.A. at Illinois State University under the direction of Glenn Reeder. I earned my Ph.D. from New Mexico State University in 2010 under the direction of David Trafimow. I am currently an assistant professor at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in research methods, statistics, and social psychology. My research interests are in person perception, morality, and the scholarship of teaching.
